In the newly created role of COO, John Lee will be responsible for building and leading a strong enterprise sales and customer solutions team. He has more than 20 years of technical and executive management experience in start-ups to global 500 companies including Exxon-Mobil, Boeing, Northrop-Grumman, Ernst & Young, AWS (Amazon Web Services), as well as public sector organizations. Lee has started, built, and/or scaled organizations across multiple industry verticals. Most recently, he was with AWS and led the strategic relationship and customer advocate programs. Lee has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California Berkeley, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California, and a Ph. D. in Educational Studies from Biola University.

Joining as Orion Governance’s VP of Technology, Arvinder Singh brings over 25 years of industry experience, spanning broad technologies and industry verticals, in various leadership roles. As a partner and a senior Technology leader for over 18 years, at EBix Consulting Inc., formerly PB Systems Inc., Singh helped build a 450+ strong consulting organization with onshore and offshore presence. He led several multi-million dollar consulting engagements with Fortune 500 customers and was a key contributor towards double-digit YoY revenue growth. In his most recent role in the Solution Architecture organization, as field CTO, at AWS (Amazon Web Services), Singh provided solution architecture guidance to Enterprise customers to deliver innovative solutions and drive revenue growth through modernization and migration initiatives. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Bombay.
